Personal Leadership Coaching
We adopt a holistic, 360-degree approach for our personalized coaching sessions. We firmly believe we’re all leaders in one way or the other, but to be effective and influential leaders in the marketplace, we must start by effectively leading ourselves.

Youth Mentorship
We are deeply passionate about reaching the younger generation and helping them navigate the unique challenges of being in the Gen Z and Gen Alpha eras to avoid some of the pitfalls common to youth.
Our youth mentorship sessions are done in schools, churches, community groups, and individual client settings.

How We Do It
Our coaching and mentorship services are delivered either physically or virtually, depending on our clients’ preferences, location, and availability.
1. The first step is to set up an initial meeting (virtual or physical) to establish the client’s needs and determine the time scope.
2. The next step is preparation of the contract, highlighting the terms of engagement for both parties.
3. Upon agreement to the T&Cs and signing of the contract, we get to work!
Our Clientele
Coaching Clientele
We work with clients between the ages of 25 and 50. who are either new in the marketplace or already advanced in their business and/or corporate careers and are seeking personal and professional growth and balance in their lives.
Mentorship Clientele
We work with young people between the ages of 12 and 24 year-olds who need guidance in making educational and career choices as well as navigating the unique challenges of being in the Gen Z and Gen Alpha eras.
